By accessing crystalinni45.com or making a reservation at Crystal Inn Houston, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Reservations & Booking
All reservations are subject to availability. A valid government-issued photo ID and a valid credit card are required at check-in. Crystal Inn Houston reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with our policies. Rates are per room per night and do not include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled check-in date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in will be charged one night's room rate. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount. To cancel a reservation please contact us directly:

Check-in & Check-out
Check-in time begins at 2:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests arriving after 7:00 PM are advised to contact the property in advance at (281) 645-4141. A minimum check-in age of 18 years is required. Valid photo ID must be presented upon arrival.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property during their stay. Crystal Inn Houston operates a strict no-smoking policy in all indoor areas. Pets are not permitted on the property, with the exception of certified service animals as required by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other guests. The hotel reserves the right to remove any guest who violates these policies without refund.
Payments
Crystal Inn Houston accepts major credit and debit cards. Payment is due at the time of check-in unless otherwise arranged. All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD). Crystal Inn Houston is not responsible for any foreign transaction fees charged by your bank or card provider.
Limitation of Liability
Crystal Inn Houston shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your stay or use of our website. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for your reservation. We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings, theft, or damages to vehicles in our parking lot.
Modifications to Terms
Crystal Inn Houston reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
